



Travel Policies, Changes, and Cancellations

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total is required, along with sending the corresponding payment receipt.

The charge for your reservation will be based on the number of people you have indicated in writing. It is the customer's responsibility to cancel any unused spots at least 48 hours in advance.

To request a deposit refund, written notification is required at least 15 days in advance (except during high season). The refund will be made via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer. A 30% administrative fee will be retained on all cancellations.

If the cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.

The deposit can be transferred to another tourist, as long as written notification is received at least 48 hours before the start of the trip. If the notification is made less than 48 hours in advance, additional charges will apply for accommodation at the chosen hotel.

The deposit can be kept as a guarantee for a future trip, within a period of 365 days from the cancellation of the original trip, under the following conditions:

Low season: at least 48 hours in advance.

High season (holidays and vacation periods): confirmation required 15 days in advance.
The rescheduling will be subject to date availability.

If the customer does not show up on the agreed day and time in their registration form, or does not attend our facilities or the previously agreed location, the right to refunds, date changes, or any type of compensation will be automatically forfeited.

In case of total cancellation of services by the company, the deposit made will be refunded. If the cancellation is due to factors beyond our control, such as the closure of tourist sites not owned by our organization, a date change or an open reservation for one year will be offered, respecting the same conditions of the purchased package.

Huaxteca.com reserves the right to modify itineraries or even cancel activities due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, among others. In these cases, a date change or an open reservation for one year will be offered, respecting the same conditions of the purchased package.

If your reservation is for travel during high season (holidays and vacation periods), the deposit made will not be refunded as a guarantee for the trip. However, the customer may change the date, as long as written notification is provided at least 15 days in advance of the original reservation date.
Restrictions for Adventure Activities (expeditions, bolas de carnada, marine safari, etc.):

Not suitable for people with spine problems, heart diseases, or overweight (over 110 kg, depending on the weight/height ratio).

Not suitable for pregnant women or people with recent surgeries (less than 3 months).

People with disabilities should consult in advance about the activity and the conditions of the site to be visited.

Asthmatic participants must bring their medication before starting the activity.

Participants must not have consumed alcohol, drugs, or medication that alters consciousness before participating in the activities.

Some activities require a minimum age of 6 years; rafting at Tampaón and rappelling at Tamul require a minimum age of 8 years.

If a vegetarian menu is required, it must be specified in advance.
