The story of Murillos Bros Adventours stems from a family with deep roots in the fishing industry of Puerto San Carlos and Santa Margarita Island. Since 1940, the Murillos have been guardians of the sea, beginning with Don Rodolfo Murillo, son of Martín “Bitín” Murillo, one of the first to operate in Cabo Tosco. In 2017, we decided to pivot into tourism, starting with gray whale sightings through a simple Facebook page. With years of experience working at sea and for other operators, in 2020 we formalized the project as Murillos Bros Adventours, uniting generations of fishermen in a new mission: to protect, share, and celebrate the natural wealth of Magdalena Bay through ecotourism.
